Great job Julie! I love how you cut your time down, and still got your point across. Your audio is great, and your background is really cool. A couple of things to work on in future speeches: you started out this speech pretty stiff; that got quite a bit better as the video progressed, but you want to engage your audience with your body language early on. You should probably also work on practicing your speech a few times before doing the video, because I can tell you're referencing your notes quite a bit.
