Art is one of the humanities, things we can look deeper into, yes people say it's important to express yourself, but it is more important to express life itself. Painters during the renaissance had started painting Christian paintings as well as depicting Greek myth. How does this express
The Last Supper, a famous Christian painting portraying Christ and his disciples at a table. The artist was given the task of making this scene "dramatic" and he does quite a good job. However, it should be noted that this scene draws your attention, it is not a dramatic scene. What is the difference between interest and drama? Is this difference prudent in art?
Michael Angelo found no value in landscapes, or in the backgrounds of paintings, only value in art depicting people. How much value do you think is in landscape depictions in art?
